These Terms of Engagement set out the basis on which West Accounting & Advisory will provide professional services to you. By engaging our firm, you agree to these terms.

Scope of services

The scope of work will be agreed in writing for each engagement. Any additional work requested outside of the agreed scope will be billed separately.

Fees

Our fees are based on the time required and the level of expertise involved. Estimates will be provided where possible.

Confidentiality

All information you provide will be treated as confidential and will only be disclosed where required by law or with your consent.
